You can access your current pay statements online every second Wednesday at 5 p.m.
Should you receive pay on a non pay week, this statement will be available on the following Wednesday at 5 p.m.

Viewing my pay statement
After logging into mygatewayonline, select View Pay Statement in the
My Pay toolbox. (SS of menu) Your current pay statement will open. To view past pay statements, select a pay period from the drop down menu and select the View Pay Statement button.
What do the descriptive titles on my pay statement mean?
Hovering your mouse over any of the titles on your pay statement (Personal Information, Net Pay, Banking Details, Accrued Banks, etc) will trigger a pop-up window with a description of that title.
A question mark (insert what it looks like) will appear when you place your cursor over a descriptor name (CPP, GL Basic, EI-1, etc). By clicking on that question mark, a pop up box will appear providing an explanation of that particular name.

How do I print/save my pay statement?
Select the Print/Save icon on the top right of your pay statement to print or save a copy.
A new window will appear with the option to print or save the document as a PDF.
To Print: Once you have opened your pay statement, left click on the print icon found on the top left corner of your pay statement.
To Save: Once you have opened your pay statement, left click on the save logo on the top left corner of your pay statement. Click the save icon. Select the location you would like to save your pay statement. Note - Please do not save your pay slip on your work computer.
