Disable compatibility view in Internet Explorer

We have detected that your web browser appears to be running in compatibility view.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 8, 9, and 10 include a compatibility view, which makes your browser work like an older version of Internet Explorer. If this view is turned on it can cause display problems with buttons, tabs, and interactive features of this site. But don't worry. We're here to help!

Disabling compatibility view

1. Open the Tools menu at the top of your browser and select Compatibility View Settings.
   
2. Changing your compatibility view settings.
   
   • Under "Websites you've added to Compatibility View" if you see mygatewayonline.com, select it and click on the Remove button.
   • At the bottom of the window, make sure that the boxes next to Display intranet sites in Compatibility View, and Display all websites in Compatibility View are not checked.
3. Click Close. This page will automatically refresh in normal IE8 mode.
